Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders).
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene products).
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

To get a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item (once the return is accepted) and place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, with no need to provide justification.

As with all returns, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
